Alf's Christmas Party Charity Fundraising Update 5th December 2009 saw the annual Christmas party for Alf's Motorcycles held at the Thomas Beecham Social Club in Dominion Way Worthing. The live band ‘Raw Deal' entertained the numerous guests that supported the event during the evening. The free buffet was a great success. Traditional thai cuisine was organised by Alf's wife Ann, which was well received by all. The infamous raffle combined with the ticket sales raised a fantastic £1263. We also received a very kind donation of a Suzuki Quad bike from one of our customers. The quad bike was auctioned on ebay and made £431 to bring the final total to £1694 for donation to this years chosen charity the ‘ Sussex Air Ambulance'. The first prize in the raffle was a pair of corporate hospitality tickets kindly donated by Kawasaki Motors UK Ltd. A very happy Mrs Mafra Young won the coveted prize! Lots of other prizes were won and a good evening was had by all!
