An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our workshop team.
Main duties:
Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance work to a variety of manufacturers motorcycles in accordance with our exacting high standards and manufacturer’s schedules and specification.
Complete new bike pre-delivery inspections, used bike preparation, fitting performance and touring kits and fit aftermarket accessories.
Computer literate and be able to use diagnose fault tests and operate current diagnostic equipment and systems such as Texa.
Essential requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of certified modern motorcycle practical experience in a workshop environment
Must hold a clean full UK Motorcycle Licence
Be self- motivated, able to work independently, pay attention to detail and maintaining high standards.
Have good communication skills as you may be required to talk with customers and provide technical explanations. Maintain healthy inter-department relations
Be an active participant in supporting our events, open days and ride outs
Full manufacturer training will be provided once probation period is completed
Be expected to work to tight deadlines without losing quality and safety standards
